  • Where are your products manufactured?

    Our products are manufactured all over the world, including the USA, Turkey, Nicaragua, China and India. If you would like to know where any item is manufactured, contact us for more information!

  • Do you offer any restaurant or commercial grade bar stools?

    Many of our bar stools are perfect for a restaurant or other commercial use! However, our warranty does not cover the additional wear and tear from commercial use at a restaurant or other high-traffic use.

  • Do you offer a printed catalog?

    We now live in a digital age where catalogs are a thing of the past. Save paper and browse our site! Our catalog is 100% digital, and updated regularly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    The forms of credit card payments we accept are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, and Paypal Credit. If you want to pay by check, you will need to order by phone. Once we receive your check, we will delay shipment until your check has cleared the bank. We do not offer any COD.

  • Shipping and Return Questions
  • Can I track my order once it has shipped?

    Once your order ships, we will send you the tracking number via email. If you have created a username and password during checkout, you are able to log back in to see the order status and get the tracking once it has shipped.

  • What if I order the wrong item?

    If you need to cancel an order, you will need to contact us immediately after ordering to prevent your product from being shipped. Most in stock items ship out within three to four business days. On custom built items that can take up to six weeks to ship, we may need to impose a 20% cancellation fee, if we have already gathered the raw materials the item needed. If we can cancel prior to committing resources to raw materials for production, it will help avoid the 20% cancellation charge to cover some of the costs we incurred prior to cancellation.

    If you ordered the wrong item, and have already received the item, you can just follow our guidelines for making a return. If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, then we will cover the cost of the return and send you a pre-printed shipping label to send it back, or issue a call tag to have the item picked up.

  • How do I return an item?

    Industrial Bar Stool will accept the return of any PRODUCT, THAT IS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All returns must be received within 90 days of the DELIVERY DATE , and be in like new condition to be applicable for refund. Each return will have a 25% RESTOCKING FEE to be applied to the refund amount.  We cannot issue a refund on any product with a custom ordered, fabric, or finish.

    Because of the durable nature of our products, oftentimes a damaged box does not indicate a damaged product. If you receive a damaged package, ask the shipper to let you inspect the product before signing. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. This will help us hold the shipper accountable for handling damages, and keep costs as low as possible.

     All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before the item can be shipped or returned to us. Any returns without this ticket will be refused by the warehouse.
    RETURN SHIPPING will be the responsibility of the customer, except for defects or order processing irregularities.

    How to process a return?

    1. Please contact us  at 800 477-5638 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Each request must include the original order number or purchase order, item name or item number being returned, quantity of returned items, and a reason for return.
    2. Make sure to include this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on return labels or on the box for proper return authorization processing.
    3. All items need to be returned in the original packaging, including all parts and hardware.
    4. If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, notify us and we will confirm that we need the damaged item returned, at which time we will process a UPS CALL TAG. Otherwise the customer is responsible for all return shipping.
    5. Once item is returned and inspected, your RA will be processed and We will contact you to obtain your credit card number for proper credit.   • Help, my order arrived damaged!

    If the damage was not visible and the shipper has already gone, please contact us immediately so that we can start the process of sending you out a replacement. We may or may not need to get the damaged piece back from you, and any pictures you can send us will aid us in making that decision.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Shipping rates with Industrial Bar Stool are currently dependent on your order total. Orders up to $150 are charged $22.50. Orders above $150 qualify for free shipping. Shipping should be defined as shipping using standard shipping procedures. Standard shipping for larger items that will need to be shipped with a freight carrier, only includes curbside delivery. Deliveries for these items will not include unloading, carrying into residences, or installation of the product. Smaller Items will be shipped through standard UPS or Fedex Ground delivery services.   • What kind of warranty do you offer?

    Industrial Bar Stool warrants that its furniture and accessories will be free from defects in construction for a period of one year. Warranty coverage begins on the date the unit was originally sold.

    WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

    Industrial Bar Stool's limited warranty does not cover defects, damages, or failure caused by the common carrier, user, or other persons, pets, or rodents, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: careless handling, modification of any type for any reason, incorrect use or any use in a manner inconsistent with the design of the furniture or accessory (i.e., standing on a chair, which should only be used for seating), lack of routine proper maintenance, use of abrasive or improper cleaners, or acts of God, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc. In addition, INDUSTRIAL BAR STOOL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or losses from any cause including its own negligence, including without limitation loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss. This limited warranty does not include: labor, transportation, or other costs incurred in the shipment of the original unit, or loss of use damage, including loss of sales, profit, or business advantage of any kind under any circumstances. Furniture or accessories are excluded from warranty coverage if any addition, deletion, or modification of any kind whatsoever has been made to the unit. Industrial Bar Stool's liability here-under shall not exceed the amount paid for the original piece of furniture or accessory. Industrial Bar Stool will replace or repair the piece of furniture or the accessory at Industrial Bar Stool's option. Warranty coverage is provided in the United States of America only. EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED ALTOGETHER OR TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.   • Does my item require assembly?

    Most products sold at Industrial Bar Stool require little to no assembly, and will arrive ready to be enjoyed. If an item does require assembly it will be indicated on the product details page.

  • Why do you need my email address?

    When you place an order with Industrial Bar Stool, you will receive an email confirming your order, showing what was ordered, the ship to address, your payment method and a unique order number. Your full credit card information is never sent in any correspondence to us or from us. You will also receive a second email telling you when your order has shipped with a tracking numbers. Industrial Bar Stool will never sell or distribute your email address.

  • Why am I charged sales tax?

    We currently only collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Kansas. We may need to start collecting tax in other states if the law requires us.

  • What is your lead time on orders?

    Most of our items are in stock and usually ship within three to four business days after ordering. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you to see what you want to do.
    Some items however, are built to order. That means our production lead times on these products will vary because they are based upon demand. We try to keep the lead times under 6 weeks but there are times when demand will push production times out. If you have a rush order, please give us a call and will do our best to help.
